There is no gratuity, service or rental fees added or expected and children 10 years and under are half price.  For most events there is a 90 person minimum to book the Grand Atrium, and larger groups can earn a discount.  You do pay the 5% Virginia Sales Tax.

You may also choose to use our professional five star “D.J. Service” for $495.00.

For the best values we have special packages with deep discounts for most Monday thru Thursday events.   We also have deep discounts for “short notice” or “last minute” bookings that fill any available (open) date within four weeks of a targeted reservation.

COSTS can be as low as $49.95 per person for a FULL SERVICE RECEPTION PACKAGE depending on:

• The MENU selected,
  
• The DAY of the week,

• The CHOICE of Buffet or Plated menu.
